The BEST headphones period.
I got these headphones about a decade ago, and these had amazing bass. Not too much bass, not too little bass. Just the perfect amount of bass and crispness where I can close my eyes and immerse myself in the music with. Since then, I have spent roughly 0 and have gone through 8 additional headphones that have not even come close to these (5 of them from Sony, some of professional grade). These being the cheapest ones for about ! I'm never going to try to find something better. As perfection was always away, and paying more always seemed like you got a lot less.

I lost these 8 years ago, but I just picked up new ones yesterday, and I can say that I can come to loving music at a much higher level once again. If you have these headphones, you'd know exactly what I mean by that. There definitely is magic in their Twin Turbo technology.

Amazing headphones for ridiculously low price
I got these quite a while ago as a Christmas gift to replace my old, broken headphones. At the time, I had little experience with digital music and didn't really notice much special about these earbuds.

However, after buying an iPod nano recently and using Apple's provided earbuds, which subsequently fell apart, I returned to these and was stunned by the incredible sound quality. The bass in these tiny earbuds is very impressive compared to the Apple units, and in general the sound is very well balanced with all frequencies coming through with great clarity.

In addition, the design and construction of these headphones is very solid and durable. Best of all, they're less than 10 dollars!

If you're looking for a good pair of earbuds, BUY THESE. Great sound, solid construction, and the best price you'll find!

Above average sound, below average quality
I bought these at my local Best Buy and I knew they were definitely an improvement over the ones that came with my MP3 player, but they didn't absolutely wow me. Nevertheless, they had pretty good sound quality. The only thing that I didn't like was that they don't have a great build quality. The black part that touches your ear came off on mine, and when I tried to put it back together, the right ear disconnected. I went back to best buy and got a different set of earphones, and those were nowhere near the sound quality and they were more. I took them back and got these again, and my new pair hasn't broken since (I've had the new pair for about 6th months, the old pair was about 9 months). Overall, I am definitely satisfied with these headphones, but I haven't found a pair yet under that makes me go "Wow!" But these come closest.

Also, When laying down with these on carpet, you can barely feel them, and I usually find headphones uncomfortable. I think I like these because they're nnot in-ear, they hang on the ear. That is a problem when running, though, so I keep a pair of in-ear earphones for that.

Bought 3 already; this recent one was the fastest to die
Although its sound quality-to-price ratio is the best in the market (if that's ever quantifiable), this product does not last long. After about a month of using these headphones daily with my iPod, the sound quality in the left ear has suddenly become fuzzy, and is now subject to the careful adjustment and positioning of the plug (or of the wire immediately connected to the plug). This exact condition has arisen three times already to three of these same headphones that I've bought, leading me to suspect that Sony has deliberately done this, in an attempt to maximize their profit from these items.

The warranty is pretty bothersome as well, as you would need to buy your own packaging and pay your own shipping (purportedly at a lower price, but I haven't tried yet).

If you still intend on buying these, be EXTREMELY careful with handling them, for all the reasons mentioned above.

Sound good, don't fit
I ordered these with my sony fm radio because so many said the sounded great. If I hold them in my ears, they do sound great. But, they don't stay in my ears and were such a hassle I threw them away. Maybe it's my ears, but I tried several different ways, to no avail.

Can't beat them for the price!
I had a pair of the Bose earphones and didn't like the way they felt; they hung on the inside of my ear and felt like they would fall out at any second. The sound-isolating nature of these earphones make listening to music a much more pleasant experience. Also, they fit snug in my ears and feel great to run with. I'm not an audiophile by any means, which allowed me to switch from Bose to V-MODA without complaining about sound quality; they sound great to me!

These ear buds kick butt
These ear buds kick butt. vibrant,warm lows and crisp, clean highs. sound great from metel to hip hop to soft rock. would deffinately recomend these to anyone looking for quality sound thats not going to hurt your wallet.

Nice ear buds
These are a good pair of ear buds, and for the price they are great. They sound just as good as my 0 Sony's which ended up falling apart. Don't know about the durability yet seeing how I just got them, but they sound terrific.

Nice, but short-lived
I bought these headphones a few months ago, and until recently, I have been very pleased with them. However, over the past couple of weeks, the sound has been spotty in the right ear. This afternoon the sound shut off completely in the right ear. So while these are fairly nice headphones (and moderately priced to boot), they only lasted me a few months so I do not recommend them to others.

I ordered these off the pepsi site through the promotional they are doing, and they they came three dys after i ordered them. 3 days. I haven't opened em yet, but i was amazed at how quick they shipped.
