Movies on the go
One of the best things that I have ever purchased. Its easy to use and understand. Drag and drop Avi files to the take TV USB drive plug into the TV module and watch your movie easy as that. Highly recommended.

Take TV
product is fun and works nice. The only draw back is that it isn't playing .mp4 files

perfect to watch divx on your tv
Bought the take tv this summer and it is easy to set up and use. It also works great with (Ubuntu) Linux so no problem transferring the files. Memory of 8 gb is sufficient if you regularly watch and swap files with the computer. No problems playing subtitle files. I only play divx files and that works perfect. Remote only works if you are near the player. For the price I would not hesitate to buy it, sure beats all the hassle of burning all your videos on a disc!

Great Device!!!
The Goods:
I bought this item about 6 months ago and so far has worked perfectly! I'm not gonna lie I download a lot of RS movies and most of them come ready to use in avi. I know there are a million different types of avi formats but it seems this little device plays them all. I can't tell you how nice it is to download a move then watch it on my 52" plasma in seconds. I tried the cord thing form my pc and got static and horrible audio. The audio on this is perfect by the way. I have it hooked up to my surround sound and it's great! Oh and one other thing is I kept hearing people say the remote sucks. I have a fairly big room and it works just fine. You do need to hold the button down for half a second but if you do that I haven't had any problems with any buttons. The batteries seem fine I use mine a lot and have had no problems. Another great thing about the product is it's really only 8GB USB drive. I have a few other 4GB drives so I don't need it but I did have a large 7gb file I didn't want to rar so I just grabbed my sandisk. IT works just like a thumb drive.
The probs:
There are however a few downfalls. Like I said before 90% of my stuff is RS downloaded so not always the best quality. Sometimes the audio will not sync up with the video. I can usually fix this by stopping the movie them pressing the play button again to resume the film. Out of the 100 movies I've watched only a few have had this problem. And yes I double check on my PC to make sure it's not just a sync problem. The audio is fine on my PC. One other minor problem is when there are a lot of different things on the screen sometimes the audio and video will get choppy. For instance I was watching Planet Earth series and when a huge flock of like a million birds filled the screen the video/audio got choppy like it couldn't process all the info.
All in ALL: Great device. I know the bad sounds bad but I'm telling you its a great product. If sandisk can solve the problems with the video getting choppy and the auido sync it would be perfect product. Oh and maybe play mp4 as well. If you download movies from the internet and want to watch them on your big screen get this product. I've used a bunch of other crap and this works 10x better than all of them

Not many video format
My main problem was that it did not work with any video format.
Also the remote did not work properly.
